FAQs and Policies

  • I am located at Symmetrie in downtown Lynden. The address is 412 Front Street Lynden, WA 98264. Symmetrie is located in between Cheeks Boutique and Lynden Yoga Collective. Please note that parking sometimes can be difficult as the street does get quite busy, so be sure to allot a little extra time for that!

  • This depends on the service you are receiving, but when scheduling you will be able to see the time allotted for each service.

  • I currently do not offer bridal services, however there is a full service bridal team that works through Symmetrie called the EM Bridal Team and I highly recommend them!

  • Yes, I do! My kids haircut service is called Little Sprout Kids Curl Haircut + Education and is for children 10 and under.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Please note that a valid credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking for all services. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.

Appointments are not confirmed without a completed deposit. On the day of your appointment, I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay for final payment of your service.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel for any reason, there is a 3 day cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 3 days’ notice may transfer the deposit one time to a future appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 3 days will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

I understand that emergencies do happen. In order to be fair to all clients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

NO SHOWS

Please understand that when you forget about your appointment without notice, I miss any opportunity to fill that appointment time. If you are a no show, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment.

LATENESS

I understand that life gets in the way sometimes, so I have a 10-15 minute grace period for lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a cancellation fee may be charged if I cannot complete the service you have booked in the time allotted.
